ATLANTA -- We went inside Victory Sandwich Bar in Inman Park the day after it received an unsatisfactory health inspection report. February 14, health inspectors gave the trendy new restaurant a 63, unsatisfactory. However, the owner, Ian Jones never posted it.

He chose to dispute the findings. A review was done and the score stands until he gets a reinspection within a couple weeks.
Jones is hoping for improvement because, as he told us, he believes he was unfairly reviewed.
