Rob Cruz receives new Peach Pass after old Cruise Card transponder craps out.

Dunwoody - When Rob Cruz got word that the GA 400 Cruise Card transponders in his family cars were malfunctioning, he had no problem stepping up to pay the missed tolls. But when he learned that the State Road and Tollway Authority (or SRTA) was fining him and charging a $5.00 per violation administrative fee, he was upset. He tried to settle the issue over the phone with the agency's customer service reps, but to no avail. So he contacted 11Alive's Commuter Dude for help.
