DECATUR, Ga. (WXIA) -- On the ninth day of the Hemy Neuman murder trial, Judge Gregory Adams called for a postponement, citing an unrelated legal matter as his reason.
Neuman's trial will resume at 9 a.m. Monday.
The prosecution had been preparing to cross-examine Dr. Adriana Flores, a forensic psychologist who testified a day earlier that she believed Neuman to be "psychotic" and "delusional."
Last Friday morning, Judge Adams released victim Rusty Sneiderman's widow from the courtroom.
He sequestered Andrea Sneiderman, saying that she had direct contact with witness Shayna Citron in the case, even after being told not to.
Sneiderman had been among several witnesses who were called during the first two days of Hemy Neuman's murder trial.

She defiantly insisted there was no affair between her and Neuman, who is accused of killing her husband outside a Dunwoody daycare in November 2010.

Sneiderman said though she and Neuman, her direct supervisor at GE Energy, traveled together on business, there was nothing to accusations of an affair between the two of them, though, she said, she was aware that he had feelings for her, and that he had expressed this to her during a Nevada business trip.
But employees of hotels where Neuman and Sneiderman stayed on business trips told a much different story. Christina Olivera, a bartender at a restaurant where the couple ate one evening, said they were "groping" and "kissing" on the dance floor, and that Neuman told her Sneiderman was dealling with a "real jerk" and deserved a night of fun.
Shayna Citron, a close friend of Andrea Sneiderman's, confirmed that the Sneidermans often fought, though it was usually about which one of them would drive their children to daycare. For a period of time, she said, she was concerned their marriage would end.

Investigators said shortly after Sneiderman dropped his 2-year-old son off at the private Dunwoody Prep preschool and nursery daycare at 5493 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Neuman pulled up behind Sneiderman's car, got out and shot Sneiderman to death.
Investigators with the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office said Neuman was having an affair with Andrea Sneiderman, at the time. Mrs. Sneiderman reported directly to Neuman within the Quality Division in the Energy Group at GE Energy in north Fulton County.
Court documents filed said Andrea Sneiderman and Hemy Neuman were "spending an inordinate amount of time together," frequently making overnight trips away from Atlanta. They also said there was "continuous communication" between Hemy Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman both before and after Rusty Sneiderman's murder.
Attorney Esther Panitch who represents Neuman's estranged wife, Ariela, said that confirms what her client suspected all along -- that Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman were having an affair.
Andrea Sneiderman has insisted through her attorney that she had no knowledge beforehand about the murder and that she rebuffed advances from Neuman.
Investigators said Hemy Neuman purchased a gun in April 2010, and had gone to a Woodstock shooting range just three weeks before Rusty Sneiderman was shot and killed.
They said on the day of the murder, Neuman left work in a van he had rented, donned a disguise, killed Rusty Sneiderman and then returned to work.
When investigators tracked down the van, they linked it to Neuman and found a synthetic fiber similar to one used in a fake beard. That matches the description of what the shooter was wearing.
