MARIETTA, Ga-A late model Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck slammed into the "Proud of Our Pets" pet spa around 11 a.m. Saturday morning.
Marietta Police say an elderly Marietta man told them his accelerator pedal stuck and caused his vehicle to crash into the store located on Roswell Road, just east of Highway 41.
No one was hurt in the accident. Police say the driver will not be charged.
