Rob DePaola admits he deserves a City of Atlanta ticket he received for driving without a seatbelt. And he has no problem paying the accompanying fine. Well, actually, that's not completely true. He does have one problem, in that the electronic system set up to accept on-line payment has been malfunctioning. Rob has repeatedly tried to contact the City asking them to resolve the problem, but without success. So he contacted 11Alive's Commuter Dude to help.
